Thaw Shrimp in cold water. Rinse shrimp and remove tails. Set aside on a plate lined with paper towels, to help remove excess water. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Line Sheet pan with parchment paper, place shrimp on pan, drizzle with about ½ tbsp avocado oil and toss.
In a small bowl mix seasonings and 1 ½ tbsp Avocado Oil, should be like a thick sauce. Drizzle on top of shrimp, mix to combine and evenly distribute seasoning on shrimp. Top with Lime juice and toss again.
Spread shrimp out evenly on the pan.
Place in Oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven, toss and cook for 2 more minutes.
